Chicago's Local Sports Leader. Former frequency for legendary News/Talk WMAQ-AM. Flagship for Chicago Blackhawks Hockey. The Score is now on their 3rd frequency. They originated on 820 (a daytimer in Chicago), then moved to 1160, and in 2000 (if I recall correctly) to 670. Sister station WBBM 780 carries the Bears. Mike North is the Score's most known personality

Sporting News Radio's Chicago Affiliate: A daytime only station with no local play-by-play. Supposed to have a Construction permit to add a 1,000 watt nighttime signal

K-FAN 1130AM is Minneapolis's Sports Talk Leader & Flagship for the Vikings and the NBA's Timberwolves. KFAN's weekday local programming (6a-7p) is syndicated to various stations in the region. Sister station KFXN 690 (a daytimer) carries syndicated programming, including Jim Rome, Dan Patrick, & FOX Sports Radio

Detroit's first All-Sports Station, is the Pistons flagship, and a Jim Rome affiliate

Infinity's entry into the Detroit All-Sports Radio battle. Flagship for the Tigers, Red Wings, and Lions. 1270 is now known as WXYT-AM, but its call letters in the past used to be WXYZ. Sister station NewsRadio 950 WWJ handles the overflow play-by-play. Increased power to 50,000 watts day and night in Summer 2003, also a the current logo was introduced in 2003 as well
